      Can I use this with adjustable dumbbells or just regular ones?

      Both work perfectly. The straps wrap around any dumbbell handle whether it's a standard rubber hex, adjustable like Bowflex or PowerBlock, or even a basic spin lock set. If it has a handle the strap can loop around, you're good to go.

      That's exactly how most of our customers use it. A couch, a sturdy chair, the edge of your bed, or even a low step all work as your back support. You don't need any gym equipment. Just a stable surface to lean your upper back against and you're set.

      The velcro is industrial grade and uses a dual lock closure system. Customers regularly use 50 to 80 lb dumbbells with zero slipping. The straps wrap around the handle and velcro down, then the padded cover folds over and velcros again for double security. It's not going anywhere.

      Absolutely. The belt works for glute bridges, weighted squats, lunges, dips, planks, curtsy lunges, and more. Drape it across your shoulders for squats and lunges or keep it on your hips for bridges and thrusts. One belt replaces multiple pieces of equipment.
